Guests have full access to the private 1-bedroom apartment. There is ample street parking available for your vehicle(s), and no tags or DC permit is needed. Please be mindful of the once a week street cleanings indicated on the signs, where you can park on the other side of the street on whichever day is indicated not to park. For your convenience, we installed a keypad entry to the home, allowing you go about your day without having to track a key. The code is changed after check-out.

The cable-car trolley is a block away and will take you up and down H St. Some guests may prefer to walk up to 15th street and ride, but the closest stop is on 19th street. It also provides you easy access to the metro with Union Station being the nearest stop. Car2go and ZipCar are also prevalent in the area.

While families and multiple guests are allowed to stay at the property, we do not permit parties or events. Parties and events thrown at this location are subject to additional charges. Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be refreshed and provided to you prior to your arrival, but you will be responsible for replenishing should you run out during your stay and need more. - If staying with a pet (dog/cat), there will be a pet fee (•80).
