There is a second living area in the basement of the home where there is another flat panel Smart TV for your enjoyment. The dining area at the front of the home has seating for six. Enjoy a quick breakfast or coffee before visiting DC’s landmarks, or enjoy a dinner that you prepared in the fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes electronic range, dishwasher and a microwave, and is fully stocked with all the essentials you need including cookware, dishware, and utensils. Your friends and family will rest in comfort with the 3 beds available. The spacious Master bedroom is fitted with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full bed for two additional guests. The third bed is the futon found in the refurbished basement living area. Kick back and enjoy some television in this room when the bed isn’t in use. All of the beds are fitted with sheets and thick, plush comforters to provide peaceful rest for everyone. There is also a pack-n-play available (i.e. portable crib) with its own mattress and sheets available for guests to use. Off of the second bedroom, there is another room to relax in: read a book or use the desk that's available for getting some work done during your business travel or simply surfing the web for info on your next DC destination in this space! For your convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free-of-charge so you can connect with your friends and family at home, or keep up with your work emails. The home also comes with one secured off-street parking spot for a compact to mid-sized vehicle in the driveway behind the home.

Guests will be renting the entire home with access to all levels and areas of the home.

You'll be located in a historical and lively residential neighborhood, with quiet tree-lined streets, but also summertime fireworks, a community garden, and its own panda bear! (just a statue though) Kingman Park was officially designated a Historic District in June 2018, distinguishing its place in Washington DC's urban development history and recognizable rows of single-family homes characterized by front porches and variations in cornices and rooflines. The neighborhood is ideally located at close proximity of the restaurants and bars of H Street Corridor, and the parks, trails and open air activities in Kingman and Heritage Islands.
