This home is a lovely 2-BR townhouse with charm and modern amenities. On a beautiful tree-lined street, it features two bedrooms, one well-lit full bathroom with a beautiful skylight, a fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor space, and plenty of room to comfortably spread out in the living and dining areas.
The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor. The dining area occupies its own room that's very inviting for your entire group to gather, dine, lounge, and where you can be accompanied by your favorite tunes on the Sonos speaker available. You'll dine comfortably at the round table with seating enough for your entire group of four. The cozy living/sitting room space is peaceful, and has a smart TV for you to stream your favorite movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, etc.
The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy meals at home. It boasts a charming Dutch door that will allow you to enjoy some fresh air on a nice day, or perhaps air out the kitchen from all the cooking you've been doing. :) It is five minutes' walk to Trader Joe's, and six minutes to Harris Teeter.
Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, and sunny full-size bathroom. The main bedroom is spacious and sleeps two very comfortably in a Queen-size bed. This room offers plenty of custom closet space as well a desk and chair for catching up on your work emails while in town or simply surfing the web with the free Wi-fi to read up on your next local destination.
The second bedroom offers another Queen-size bed to accommodate up to two more guests, and also has plenty of closet space. There are air mattresses also available in the home, where we are happy to accommodate up to 2 more guests.

Founded in 1749, Old Town Alexandria is Older than the United States, and was founded by Scottish and English settlers. Its streets, waterfront and stately homes are absolutely beautiful. Many are also a bit famous! We have one of America's oldest continuously running farmers Markets in front of city hall just a few blocks away, and gobs of historical sights from early colonial days, the American Revolution, and the Civil War. There's always something to do, see, and of course eat in Old Town!
