Each of the two bedrooms feature a single daybed with pop-up trundle. These beds can be used individually to sleep four people separately, or the beds can be converted to king beds using the Sleep Innovations Bed Bridge. The living room sofa also functions as a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Other Things to Note

This is a garden apartment, which is also known as an English basement. Guests in the home above can be heard, and the pricing has been adjusted accordingly for this reason. Sound dampening products have replaced the ceiling to make your stay as quiet and comfortable as possible.

There will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of 80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of 10 per additional night will apply.
