The kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space, as well as all of the basic essentials you will need.
When it’s time to settle in for the night, make your way into the private bedroom and relax in the queen bed that’s big enough for two. The room also can accommodate an additional guest with a twin foldout bed. The living room has an additional pullout sofabed for up to two people.
The two private bathrooms come stocked with necessities including plush hydro-cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and a hair dryer.
Free parking is available on the premises, so you won’t have to worry about driving around for hours trying to park your car. A washer and dryer is also available right in the apartment for you to do laundry at home.

Guests will have full access to this entire apartment except for 1 locked bedroom, as well as all of the complex and building amenities.

This rental is situated in the urban area of Rosslyn, Virginia, located within very close proximity of the city. This apartment has a great location right across the Key Bridge from Georgetown. You’ll be within walking distance to multiple coffee shops, delicious restaurants and convenience stores to stock up on necessities. The Rosslyn Metro is just two blocks away, providing you with easy access to all that DC has to offer.

Other Things to Note
Maximum number of 5 people in the house is preferred. Living room sleeps 1-2 and Bedroom sleeps 3.
Please make sure to leave the washer dryer doors open when leaving the unit so they dry out.
