Jon's career in tech and media companies included five changes of control, including a NASDAQ IPO as CEO. In the Short Term Rental Industry, Jon has been a board member for three different STR companies, each having their own successful merger or sale. He is now a co-owner and President of Great Dwellings and has been a host with his very own properties for 20 years.

Since joining Great Dwellings in 2018, the company has grown 15x, expanded to 5 additional markets, and increased MRR and ARR respectively. Zac's thorough understanding of the property management industry and passion for revenue help fuel growth and position the company for long-term scalability.

Agustin brings almost 20 years of short-term rental leadership to Great Dwellings and Great Villas; as a Channel Management industry leader and in Latin America. Agustin is responsible for our fast growth business in the Yucatan and elsewhere in Mexico.

Sharon spent 15 years as an engineer and physicist before joining Great Dwellings in 2017, following her passion for entrepreneurship, travel, and hospitality. As Operations Manager, she tackles the challenges of continued growth coupled with excellence in service for both hosts and our guests.

After managing multi-site facilities projects for military, commercial, and residential housing conglomerates for 20 years, Vern brought his large-scale facilities management excellence to the vacation rental industry. Our guests and hosts alike benefit from exceptional property condition.

Fatima excelled in Customer Service and Administration for 10 years before partnering with Great Dwellings in 2018. With a passion for customers and exemplary service, Fatima and her Client Services team make our guests and clients feel cared for, 24/7.

Originally from Belgium, Adrien studied hotel management and began his career in luxury hospitality. In 2015, he made the move to Mexico to work in more luxury resorts. At Great Dwellings since 2019, he has been helping lead company growth from the very beginning to now, one of Quintana Roo’s most successful vacation rental firms.

Jeff is an accomplished executive with decades of experience in commercial real estate, real estate fund operations, and investment sales. He has provided corporate and strategic advisory services to early-stage companies, including business and finance services. Jeff brings significant value to our short-term rental multi-family and investment projects.

Educated in Mexico City and the US in environmental engineering, Andres successfully entered the Property Management industry in 1999 in Los Cabos, Mexico. As a partner in our Mexico sister company Great Villas de México, Andres drives growth and excellence through Mexico revenue and operations.

Mariam has over 10 years of experience in client relations and customer service for companies including Google and UIF Corp. Her Short Term Rental Industry management experience began with Great Dwellings, and she’s making experiences great for hosts and guests alike.

Ali’s career spans more than 20 years across technology and product development in high-growth organizations, including founding multiple ventures and leading two successful exits in enterprise software. He served as founder, CTO/VP Engineering, and strategic technologist, helping teams from concept through scale with a focus on operational excellence and revenue generation.
