Job Summary

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee our Airbnb properties. This role involves ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards, facilitating smooth operations, and contributing to the overall guest experience. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams and external vendors to maintain property excellence. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in managing and enhancing the quality of our accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are in optimal condition.
  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors for services such as cleaning, landscaping, and repairs.
  • Ensure all facilities contribute positively to the guest experience, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Monitor properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgets related to property maintenance and improvements, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Work Environment

  • 50% Field, 50% Office; Balance between on-site property visits and strategic planning in the office.
  • Manage fast-paced operations catering to 1000+ guest stays per month, requiring quick adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Constantly implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience in our diverse property portfolio.


  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or a related industry, with a proven track record in property management.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance operations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the property needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses related to facilities management or building operations are a plus.
